If your internet works when connected via ethernet cable
The issue is with your modem or router’s Wi-Fi settings.

FTTP – Router with an ethernet WAN port capable IPoE/DHCP works in most locations, however, some locations only support PPPoE.
FTTB – VDSL modem router capable of IPoE/DHCP works in most locations, however, some locations only support PPPoE.
HFC – Router with an ethernet WAN port capable of PPPoE authentication is required – Opticomm’s HFC network does not support IPoE/DHCP.
If you live in an Opticomm Legacy area that is discontinuing their FTA (free-to-air) service, you will have received a letter advising of this. The FTA shutdown is only in premises in select legacy network communities – not all Opticomm communities. For more information please click here
